What do you like best? The simplicity of creating a process and having it in a graphical format without having to re-engineer it is a great feature. What do you dislike? Facilitates process improvement

What do you like best? I love that using Promapp to map process almost always helps us to identify where processes can be improved. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike with Promapp. The hardest thing for us is staff engagement with the tool... but we're getting there! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are improving processes left, right and centre!

Easy to use process mapping tool

What do you like best? Intuitive interface that is easy to pick up and use, making it ideal for involving the entire business as minimal training is required What do you dislike? Some aspects of the interface are harder to customise for specific implementations, e.g. modifying the help hover text What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A lack of process documentation, which has been improved by providing an easy to use platform for mapping.
