What do you like best? Promapp is so simple. We have trained over 200 staff members to use it, with no issues. It's regularly improved, but in ways that keep the core functions clean and concise. Easy of use and ability to understand for standard users

What do you like best? Easy of access and ability to create / edit processes What do you dislike? The way decision diamonds are used, they either have to continue within the current process or go to another process, this makes it difficult at times to be clear within a process when there is a decision to be made. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to have centralized process maps that are standard and user friendly to read.

Great way to record your processes

What do you like best? Very user friendly product that'll cover your back when staff are on leave/ changing roles/ new staff are coming on board. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. You get a lot of notifications during start up but then it's easy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get the Processes right from the start so there's less admin down the line.
