Capturing Business Processes
What do you like best? Ease of use, Cenrtal repository for all our processes, can train people easily to use Promapp What do you dislike? Can have lag ( maybe related to being Client Hosted, Have had issues deleting and reorganizing Group folders. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enables collaboration, clarity on who does what in a process

User Friendly Process Documentation
What do you like best? Easy to share links to the processes and embed supporting videos and documents. What do you dislike? The system has been a little buggy. It's promising that I've run into less problems than when we first started about a year ago. It could be a little difficult for the casual user to get the hang of it if all they do is view processes. clear concise diagrams, with optional detail
What do you like best? Simplification of process, so customers can see how to at a glance What do you dislike? permission blocks, not sure why I couldn't do a draft Recommendations to others considering the product: Active process control to ensure no duplication and good communication pathways. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Emergency Planning - the strategy, who does what, how we link resources, legal interfaces.

A great visual tool to monitor opportunity for improvements.
What do you like best? Keeps the hole team on track and focused to day to day opportunity's to improve and monitor Quality, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement ideas. What do you dislike? A little bit hard to find closed opportunity's that have been completed but have risen again, therefore the need to revisit what we have completed with out making a fresh opportunity. What do you like best? We can make a process as simple or as complex as required. Breaking down the activities into tasks and notes really helps. What do you dislike? Anyone who creates a Promapp can go ahead and publish it themselves - this means that the review process can be skipped, which is not exactly a healthy process !
