Can have lag ( maybe related to being Client Hosted, Have had issues deleting and reorganizing Group folders. User Friendly Process Documentation

What do you like best? Easy to share links to the processes and embed supporting videos and documents. What do you dislike? The system has been a little buggy. It's promising that I've run into less problems than when we first started about a year ago. It could be a little difficult for the casual user to get the hang of it if all they do is view processes.
