Terrible Customer Support
Terrible, terrible customer support. They charged me after I canceled my subscription (which felt like going through a labyrinth to do so), and now it's been a marathon to get my refund. Absolutely terrible.

Put your browser in full screen mode!
I couldn't find the download button in the sound effect section. With the help of the technical department, I was able to come to the conclusion that the browser should be in full screen form, otherwise you won't see the download button. Thank you for the help of the technical department.

WORST MONEY SPEND ON
Cannot open project is you dont have legal premiere or ae, even if you have it is completly impossible to change anything. THIS IS THE WORST MONEY SPEND ON A SERVICE.
