Underhanded & Unprofessional Management

Within 20mins of subscribing I downloaded an asset only to discover that unfortunately the editing software I use does not support Motion Array, so the subscription was unusable to me. I immediately requested a refund as they state that they judge refunds on their own merits. They replied that they were keeping my money as I had downloaded an asset which I had to do to realise it did not work. Very poor underhanded management to refuse a refund in this case, actually is very unprofessional ...

Beware of free trial scam, and refund period scam

Beware: 1. "Start Free Now" is a lie. I was charged for 1-month subscription. 2. "14 days refund policy" is a lie. Because "if you download anything, then you are not entitled to a refund". But how can I try your service without downloading anything? How can I tell that everything in working order? 3. After Effects Presets, Templates and projects are not opening. I have fully licensed, latest version of After Effects CC, and it doesn't open it, because of broken files, as After Effects CC ...

Issue With Watermarks

I reached out to Motion Array support concerning the issue with watermarks showing up on my videos in FCPX. They were quit to respond and I structures me on what to do to get the issue resolved. Most importantly they were quick to respond and professional.

Motion Array Templates and Transitions

Misunderstanding of Motion Array Templates I was unable to install these on PP via the extension window in to the Essential Graphics Window, the staff assisted me by stating the specific template i was trying to use actually a MOGTR and not a template. In addition I had a case already open for about a month where I had an issue with transformations not working and they said they would escalate within MA however never got back to me so i took it upon myself to reinstall windows and PP and ...

Honestly pretty meh

Subscribed for a month and was impressed with my first few downloads but honestly it's all VERY limited once you study the resources longer. Any of the 3D texts you download are indiviudal letters, and not motion graphics that are editable... the transitions aren't drag and drop like they say. You have to add your own adjustment layers and sound effects... And most of them were buggy. They aren't traditional transition packs like you get elsewhere. The green screens aren't much more ...
