They make unauthorized charges to your credit card even when you've turned off auto-renewals. There are countless other people that have had the same issues with Motion Array. You'll get stuck in a loop with your support chatbot with no response from a human. DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Regarding PayPal payment error and payment method change

I applied for a regular subscription through PayPal payment, but I got a PayPal payment error and asked for a way to force me to change my payment method, but it helped me really quickly, so I changed my payment method, which eliminated my worries about future payment errors.
