What do you like best? I find MindBody very easy to navigate as both a user and a consumer. It is very easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I have found technical errors with the software. What do you like best? 2 years ago when I started my business it was pretty easy to get started. What do you dislike? Pretty much everything else. 1. Their CC processing fees are very tricky and hidden... I am paying an average of 3.3% per transaction. I have interviewed 3 other companies who charge a flat 2.5% or less 2. What do you like best? The site was very easy to navigate. There is a side for business and a side for anyone else which made it easier to find what I was looking for. The layout was pleasing and matched the theme that the website follows. The colors keep the website energetic. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use, interfacing, the menus are quite diverse with lots of options. What do you dislike? Just a trial user, nothing so far to point out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot, it is worth trying and very high probability of purchasing. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Fully functional interface surface for member registration to fitness classes, easy to get support. What do you dislike? We loved it. I would recommend Mindbody to everyone! What do you like best? Ease of use to schedule a client and keep track of class counts What do you dislike? Inability or perhaps lack to keep/make a recurring payment What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Honestly scheduling clients and keeping class counts. and looking up members. And keeping them held accountable.
