"Incredibly helpful for personal trainers"

What do you like best? This program allows for personal trainers to set their own schedules which are easily shareable with clients, both current and future. What do you dislike? It can be bulky to initially load appointment times and types. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to increase my personal training business and stay organized.

What do you like best? iPad app is great and easy to use - simple, navigation is easy and quick. Checking clients in and out of class is quick and painless. What do you dislike? Desktop website could be more user-friendly - it's fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it, but the website isn't incredibly intuitive. "OTF x Mindbody"

What do you like best? User-friendly interface and well organized. What do you dislike? Hasn't worked for us a couple of times and assumed it would work by the end of the day but didn't fix itself for about a day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps keep clients organized, booking, reduces # of calls we make, provides a "cloud"-like system that all of our sales associates and managers can see.

The platform is easy to use, customer support is always extremely helpful, the app allows for existing Mindbody consumers to discover your business and it is a very customizable experience for big or small companies. What do you like best? Since there is no really functional I alternative to MINDBODY, it seems to be the software that all send this studios use. I believe it is less prolific for Jim and other wellness services, but for yoga it is convenient because you do not have to learn a new platform between studios. "Overall good experience "

What do you like best? I really like that you can use it for all your sign in needs. As an Admin at a fitness studio it is exactly what you need for that. What do you dislike? Some times there are little issues with the customer's end not meeting up with our end which is annoying What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to sign in clients which is a huge time saver compared to our pen-paper model

"MIndbody for SUP classes"

What do you like best? we love the fact that people can buy credits, at the beginning of the season, and use them when they want. This helps a lot if we need to cancel a class (which happens sometimes due to weather) and we do not have to spend time rebooking them. They get a credit and then they are able to use it when they can. We also have the waiver signed off on in the system.
