I cannot imagine running my business without this product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? In my experience, this is perfect tool for scheduling, account and user profile management. It does almost everything! It allows us to run reports and to keep track of classes and their performances, we are able to see our attendance averages, class pass reports and membership. What do you like best? This software is so useful because it allows me to manage clients efficiently and easily. It allows me to also keep detailed records of all sales. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The customer service. They try to give you everything and so I’ve even had people from MindBody calling me and telling me how to update my website and integrate their software in my first year of business. MindBody is the most extended online software for yoga studio's I know. It's reliable and has many options and reports.They are expensive - that's also true - but their helpdesk is outstanding, always friendly and very knowledgable.

What do you like best? Mindbody powers everything for our business, from signing students up for class to running our employee payroll. What do you dislike? It's clunky and hard to use. There is a steep learning curve for training new staff on how to use the software - especially on desktop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Clean UX, easy to find studios, easy to book What do you dislike? Would love to use it for more wellness services (massage, hair, acupuncture) in the future as you build up that portion of the business/site What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I know a specific time, studio, or instructor that I want to book, MINDBODY is great for that. I also like having all my bookings on one app
