We are very satisfied with Mindbody. Great customer service and response time. The reporting is great for the type of smaller scale training and space rental. We have looked at other systems every so often and nothing compares to mindbody and how easy it is to use and send links

MindBody is great to have all your client information a click away. It gives you many options for searching information a lot of ways to have reports. You can control who is in charge of some activities a have a general overview of your business in a simple way.

What do you like best? Universal across all studios. App is easy to use. What do you dislike? Customer service is inaccessible and when using on cell phone it is frequently out of commission. Recommendations to others considering the product: Expensive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to access clients information
