ManyChat is the best tool that I use every day! It helps my beauty business so much. It automates everything for me and I’m making money while sleeping. Manychat is talking to my customers instead of me. I don't know how to live without it now!!! There are so many different automation inside, that I can drive people to different offers! It is a genius platform!!

I’m relatively new to using ManyChat, about 4 months, and I’m still not using the full power of the platform, but I wanted to write this review to specifically call attention to their customer support. Currently there is an issue with Meta that is impacting my automations (not ManyChat’s fault) but their support team has been extremely responsive, like next level. BIG SCAM, U will put in risk you're business by trusting them, they litterally don't have the permissions from meta and they are selling a service that don't work and blocks you're profile and comments section, be aware they will make lose u're business and money. Manychat is the biggest scam. I signed up and tried to cancel right away. My credit card has been charged $150 every month They tell you to login to cancel. Finally I was able to login but there is no option to cancel the subscription. It has been 6 months of emailing them without any support. I strongly advise against using ManyChat. Their business model pushes you to constantly buy more room for contacts and add-ons. The desktop version is poorly designed, and you can't block unwanted contacts, leaving you vulnerable to unwanted interactions. Additionally, they restrict editing many contact fields, a feature that other companies typically offer.
