Manychat used to be the gold standard of chat software, but their customer service and platform has become unreliable. I canceled all of my paid accounts and moved everything over to a better platform with unbeatable customer service.

I am so glad that I have seen the ads for this app on Instagram. It sounded too good to be true. My Instagram growth was stagnating and I said, what the heck, they say they are IG-approved, let's give it a try. Dude, it is so easy and so helpful to my online coaching business, IG become our #1 lead source. We have over 800k subs on YT and publish more on there. IG was 200k and it was a meh - platform for us. Now we have over 300k on IG and 822k on Youtube. Let me tell you why it is great. ...

Great so far!

We’ve been using Manychat for our practice, and it’s been a game-changer for automating our client communication and follow-ups on social media. The product itself is fantastic and easy to use with their templates, hence the 5 stars. However, the customer service definitely needs work. Still, the benefits far outweigh the minor hiccups!

I got banned permantly from instagram for spam. Even though their app is approved by meta, that doesn’t mean you can use it freely. Thousands of people commented the same word on my post and they all got the same DM response and Manychat got me banned.

Marco Tomasini is a LIFE SAVER!!

Marco Tomasini is a LIFE SAVER!!! I was desperate! I was spinning in circles for longer than I care to admit. He looked into what was going on, told me how to fix it and then went 110% over and above by adding an example of exactly how it needed to be inside my account! He was patient with the back and forth questions, too. ... but wait! There is more! When I got not one, but two flows completed he even tested them for me! I've lost all my contacts, copy, automations and marketing materials. Due to US sanctions some IT services have to leave countries like Russia, Belarus and Iran. Even if my business is not registered in Russia and I may only have some customers from Russia, I understand when companies like Manychat decide to suspend an account.
