The site is easy to use once I learned the ins and outs from your video tutorials and YouTube. Works reliably and delivers more engagement from me without me having to be tied to my phone. It would be great if the app functioned the same way. Some key features I'd love is the ability to convert flows in the app and to view automations by keywords, etc. like I can on the web-based version.

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking for a platform that offers this as a function. I've been super limited what I can do on the platform because I can't get the help I require. It can be up to a week that I hear back from someone assisting with an issue and there's no live support to troubleshoot issues on the spot. It's been a massive hindrance to how we use the platform. A real shame.
