WORST customer support ever

Today I received an email from Many Chat asking me to “rate them” showing stars at the bottom of the email, clearly it’s because of all of the poor reviews they’ve received. Well, they’re deserved! This is a very confusing tool. It tries to do so many things at one time making it really hard to use. I am not switching to another tool because I already have so many posts using it but if I were you I would find a tool that is less complicated.
