What do you like best about Manychat? Manychat is the best way to set up your messenger chatbot. Even with the free trial, you can do a lot so you can decide whether or not you should go pro. What do you like best about Manychat? The upside of using many chat is that it's easy. The hard programming work is done for you. We have to only concentrate on the person in need. What do you dislike about Manychat? The app at first takes some getting used to. What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you? Reach into the community.

"Bad contact administration. A KPI killer!"

What do you like best about Manychat? The interface and that's about it. They have an easy setup (but don't get fooled by that). What do you dislike about Manychat? The fact that current social followers who are not the go-to-market can't be deleted with automation prior to syncing to other tools. Any touch from socials ends in contacts and in HubSpot later, etc. Real deal breaker. What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you? So far, it only wasted my time.

SUCKS. Total time waster. Stay away from Manychat. Extremely confusing and not user friendly at all. Customer support is non-existent. They should charge $49 and put those resources into helping its users.

Great Concept, Poor Execution

Great software - when it works. There are countless issues - I'll update one thing and another thing will break (unrelated components). If you build out a flow that's too large, parts of it will just not work (with no indication until you contact support and they offhand mention that it might be an issue. Customer support is useless as well - I have been going back and forth with their team on one specific issue for the past 2 weeks with no resolution. Painfully unhelpful.
