Unresponsive Customer Support

Eight days we've been waiting for a response to a support ticket. Either grow your support team or pack your bags and go home. The unreliability of both the platform and support agents makes Manychat untenable as a solution for our business.

If I could do zero stars I would

If I could do zero stars I would. Once they have your card information they will not stop billing you. I’ve been trying to cancel. When logging in it says I don’t have an account. They have no customer service. By email they send me their “help” section which is useless since I have to login to do anything. 0/10 recommend.

Incorrect Pro Subscription Charges

I've been a customer of ManyChat for over 5 years, however in March this year I discovered that a new ManyChat pro subscription had started on one of my Facebook pages without my knowledge or notification emails. This is an error on ManyChat's part however I only discovered this now, over 6 months later and ManyChat are refusing to refund the amount.
