I strongly advise against using ManyChat. Their business model pushes you to constantly buy more room for contacts and add-ons. The desktop version is poorly designed, and you can't block unwanted contacts, leaving you vulnerable to unwanted interactions. Additionally, they restrict editing many contact fields, a feature that other companies typically offer. Perfect for content creators!

I recently started using Manychat to drive affiliate traffic through my social media (I'm a content creator) and I can't believe I went so long without using them! It's very intuitive to set up an automation, plus you can use one of their many many templates if you don't want to set it up yourself, and it has increased my conversions grandly. Can't wait to continue playing with this!

Worst Ever

Worst ever. Very limited to do calculations (just the basic ones) When I tested the flow, it repeats messages. The flow should ask for three values to do a simple calculation, It asks for the first value and skips the rest, right to the last message. Useless. Support sucks, no answers whatsoever. What annoys me the most is the waste of my time trying to figure how this thing works on my own: impossible. Stay away for these ****.
