Very good
What do you like best? Is very simple application with a very very simple api which allow me to do a lot of things. Other big thing is you handle the bounces and complains, love it ! If my solution is deployed in aws i always use AWS SES because it integrates and is cheaper, allows like 70.000 mails, and has a nice bounces and complains report which send me every day. The api is very simple, i use it in node and python and never have problems with it. Sometimes i send html or ...

5 year + Happy Customer
What do you like best? What I like best about Mailgun is their quick response time when I have a query, which isn't often but when I do they respond timeously. They are patient when you have to ask a question more than once and they go out of their way to make sure that once you leave, the problem is solved. I work in the service industry and I know good service when I have it. What do you dislike? I still have to find what I dislike about mailgun as up to now after many years of being ...

SMTP Made Simple
What do you like best? Provided me with a simple to use and manage system for SMTP testing and production. What do you dislike? Some of the instructions/manuals could be more fleshed out. A wizard to take care of DNS entries for domains that integrated with major registrars would be awesome. Recommendations to others considering the product Does what it sets out to do. Have been a happy user so far. Would be concerned about the free level disappearing as the product becomes more ...

Reliable service to achieve my email marketing needs for all of my clients
What do you like best? I really like the tracking, metrics and reporting, plus good email delivery rates. Easy bounce management via API. Connects to WordPress and PHP easily. Competitive pricing! What do you dislike? DNS setup is hard to understand based on which DNS provider is being used; the from addresses can be pretty ugly/long, but this could be just how it is everywhere. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many of my ...

Solid Mail Processing Service With Easy UI
What do you like best? I'm new to my company and had never used any type of mail processing service before. After about 10 minutes of playing around I was able to understand how the system functioned and help troubleshoot customer inquiries using Mailgun. What do you dislike? Nothing really! I don't have much to compare it to, but I've enjoyed using it so far. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Processing inbound and outbound ...

Mailgun has served us well for many years
What do you like best? The two thing I like most about Mailgun are that it is reliable and developer friendly. We very rarely have problems sending due to outages on Mailgun's end, and the few times that we have, they were resolved within minutes. Their developer friendly APIs make it easy to integrate into our system. And their webhooks are top notch. What do you dislike? Honestly, there's nothing that I dislike about the product. It's really good. Recommendations to others ...

The answer to my transactional email requirements.
What do you like best? It was relatively easy to get set up with Mailgun, and it helps that they have a sandbox account for testing. I can also check whether emails I send are bouncing or just plain getting rejected. I had moved over to Mailgun from a different provider, who started charging for their services entirely. I greatly appreciate Mailgn's free tier offering, What do you dislike? Documentation about using more advanced features, such as webhooks, could be improved upon. ...

Fantastic free tier
What do you like best? My favorite Mailgun features are the ability to quickly and easily set up the SMTP service for all of our projects. Unlike Amazon SES, it automatically has sending queues and bounce handling built right in without any extra set up or configuration. Additionally, the incoming email rules are super helpful for projects that we just need a basic forwarder for capturing certain incoming emails. What do you dislike? At one point I tried using the incoming email ...
