Mailgun enables our business

What do you like best? The ease of implementing the API to send customised emails in our customised in-the-cloud application What do you dislike? That all the functionality we are using at the scale we are presently at comes free from Mailgun. It doesn't seem fair that we get this fantastic product for free! Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to test and prove it's the right solution What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

SMTP For Developers

What do you like best? Mailgun is honestly the easiest, and simplest way to send email to the consumer, I have never run into issues, and their support is probably one of the best teams I've ever had to contact. What do you dislike? Mailguns interface is a little behind if you compare it to other applications of their size. it's fast and responsive, but it could be much "prettier" Recommendations to others considering the product If you want the easiest, most generous, functional, ...

Reliable and affordable

What do you like best? Mailgun allows me to send our newsletter to over 10,000 recipients for a very affordable price. I use a WordPress based Newsletter system that I modified to efficiently send out my emails through Mailgun. What do you dislike? Statistics retrieval is limited to 30 days with my plan. I still need to automate the monthly retrieval process. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to very significantly ...

Reliable SMTP provider

What do you like best? Deliverability in SMTP provider is key. But, besides that, what I like about Mailgun is the analytics/logging. It's easy to go into logs and find emails in question to see if they were delivered, if not, why not? We tried other providers like SparkPost for another project since they're cheaper, but ended up just sticking with Mailgun because the logging/events wasn't as good. What do you dislike? The only thing I wish was better is pricing for dedicated IPs. A ...

Amazing for developers

What do you like best? I like the easy way developers with real startups, in a extremy low budgets scenario, can start a professional email service What do you dislike? I think is way hard to configure a subdomain email and extra configuration for CDN services Recommendations to others considering the product Try it because it worth What business problems are you solving with the product? Transactional mail at its finest

What do you like best? Simple to set up, easy to see email errors that clients might have when sending and receiving. What do you dislike? I wish there was better visual alias account separation, but this is very minor. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mailgun is an excellent tool and security measure for sending email from WordPress websites. It allows admins to disable PHP's mail( function, which is a great help when ...

Great service with easy integration.

What do you like best? Free options for small/startup businesses with reasonable prices for larger companies/projects. Mailing lists included. WordPress integration is quite simple with the Mailgun plugin. What do you dislike? Extended log access is only available in more expensive plans. The management portal takes a bit to get used to, but far from unusable. Recommendations to others considering the product First 10k emails through Mailgun are free, why not give it a try. ...

We Depend Upon Mailgun

What do you like best? For a long time, we sought a transactional email service that we could incorporate into our telemedicine software and our mailing compliance software. Once we found Mailgun, we knew we had chosen the right partner. Not only do we use it in our software, but we also use Mailgun with our client web sites. What do you dislike? I really don't have any negative thing to say about Mailgun. We have worked with their platform for over five years and haven't had any ...
