Very easy to use and great customer support

What do you like best? Mailgun was so easy to integrate with our existing infrastructure. They support an API to send emails through but we use it mainly as a SMTP relay. Just took three or so line in the Postfix configuration to integrate. What do you dislike? There's not much to say here. What do you like best? Mailgun provides the tools and API access necessary to make sending and filtering bounced e-mails much easier. What do you dislike? This is for sending mail and not necessarily for incoming mail outside of some advanced routing techniques that may be available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have used Mailgun for years to resolve the issue of Google Compute Engine blocking access to SMTP ports.

Great free services for individuals or small organisations

What do you like best? The free relay allowance is very generous and is super easy to setup. Just include postmaster credentials in postfix and you're good to go. What do you dislike? Web dashboard is good but while some features are right where you need them like the postmaster password, other bits are not prominent like the non-sandboxed account.
