Easy to integrate

What do you like best? Ease of apply. Fantastic stats of usage, like e-mail status delivery, spam and bounce rate. What do you dislike? The only thing is, it doesn't say much about spam and bounce rates in the beginning.. But I don't think it's a big deal, as it was coming from my lack of experience. Recommendations to others considering the product Before sending e-mails, make sure you are sending to the right people. Get benefit from e-mail validations as well (Free 100 ...

Great documentation and easy setup

What do you like best? I use Mailgun for email confirmations of registrations, sign-ups, lost passwords etc and it hasn't let me down once. Their customer support is very friendly and responsive when it comes to helping or fixing any issues you might have. Their free plan is amazing and has no competition. What do you dislike? So far, I have been using Mailguns free plan for over 2 years and I haven't come across any major issues. The only problem that occurred was one of the ...

Mailgun makes sending transactional emails easy.

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to use Mailguns API. It works really easy from me to get my SAAS apps sending transactional emails, everything from confirm your account to sending them stats. I've also used mailgun in other SAAS companies with great ease and quick setup. Support has always been there when I needed them. What do you dislike? Only 2 things I would to see improved. I would like to be able to create different API keys for the same domain. For example ...

It is very good, I will recommend it to anybody.

What do you like best? API oriented provider, super quick support. The emails are sent fast and in a reliable way. It is fast to implement due they also provide a SDK for PHP. We can finish the implementation super quick.. What do you dislike? They don't offer a way to create and store template for my emails. Or at list it is not easy to find or it don't come with the free account. Mu marketing colleague complains that the only way we found to enable email stats is to implement ...

awesome service, developer friendly

What do you like best? Mailgun's API is very simplistic, and easy to onboard, it works great, and very friendly towards new businesses, with low volumes of emails, while very powerful towards high volumes later on as needed. What do you dislike? Mailgun doesn't offer template management, and offer poor lists management, there's no group intersections (removing one list from another, no filtering, and no tagging of list members exposed to a specific send etc. What business problems are ...

Mailgun is the most reliable and flexible mail service provider for developers and startups

What do you like best? I have been developing systems for dozens of startups over the last decade. Mailgun is the best choice for mail integration since I can test concepts in low volume mode with a free subscription. But Mailgun's functionality is super powerful; I love the routes feature which allows me to build crucial functionality right within Mailgun. Logs are 100% reliable. I have not had a functionality requirement so far I could not implement with Mailgun. What do you dislike? ...

Does what it does seemlessly

What do you like best? Set it up and forget it. I never have to come back to mailgun. It just works. What do you dislike? Mailgun has a bit non-intuitive UI. It isn't very simple to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email forwarding

Superb API, easy to integrate

What do you like best? Finally, a mail solution that puts the API first. I found that whatever I wanted to do (add custom headers, trigger workflows based on incoming emails, etc, was easy and intuitive as a dev. What do you dislike? The only thing I could think of is that the sending IP's are shared, and a couple times mine were "contaminated" by someone else on the box sending spam and getting blacklisted. Support was super quick at switching out my IP's to non-blocked ones when I ...

Makes life easier

What do you like best? The best part of Mailgun is easy to integrate in a new system and have the full control of your e-mail. What do you dislike? There is nothing to mention with. May be they should have special offer more often. Recommendations to others considering the product Just go with Mailgun and you will never be disappointed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a start-up company, many of us do not have ability ...

Finally an inexpensive way to make sure our educational emails make it to ALL of our members

What do you like best? I can monitor bounces and unsubscribes easily by checking reports and I love that they are broken down individually into invalid emails, complaints, and unsubsubscribes. What do you dislike? When we need something with the API's I have to have our tech support step in. If I go a little while without checking I do sometimes forget where to go to check the reports and I spend a little time clicking on things I don't need until I find them. Last night I found them ...
