Mailgun make sending transactional email easy

Mailgun make sending transactional email simple. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their support solve any issues very quickly, even for customers like me who aren't paying massive amounts to them. I've now used them for several years, and I don't even look at anywhere else when considering where to host email for new projects.

I've been using Mailgun for a long time

I've been using Mailgun for a long time. Very reliable service and I can see their quality improved over the years. I have had two issues over the years but the support team attended to my tickets quickly. hope they will continually provide good value and quality service, and also keep the price down, which will be perfect.

Very disappointing service

I've been telling clients how great Mail Gun is for over a year now. This week they've decided to block my account with no explanation or warning and haven't responded to emails for 3 days. Meanwhile my business services have been majorly disrupted. Judging by the reviews, their service fell apart at the start of 2020. Time to look elsewhere...
