We had a difficulty with activation…

Excellent service.

I love the hassle free sending API. Tracking data is valuable even for the lowest usage tier. Support team is very responsive. Never had a problem with Mailgun. Of course the shared IP depends a lot on other user's activities. I can easily request to switch the IP if we learn of a reputation problem.

Incredible service and customer service

I was on the trial program with mailgub and using it to set up sending mail from a series of websites which I had just moved to a new server. After the first 5 sites I hit the 5 site limit which I was not aware of. Since I had about 15 more sites to go I sent an email asking if this was truly the limit or if I had messed up the configuration.
