Mailgun has myriad users and yet their support is as good as it gets. Also, their platform is super-reliable and easy to integrate. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I've been managing mailservers in one form or another for small companies for a number of years -- outbound mailing has always presented a challenge.I found, through some old coding post I wish I'd found a few years ago, not only a well priced, massively scalable product but a resource of ridiculously well informed, responsive tech support humans!

Mailgun works great for my small ecommerce site
I chose mailgun so I could monitor if my digital download emails were received by customers or not. That way I'd be one step ahead of customer service issues. So far it works great and very economical, especially for a super small website business. Their tech support is always very fast and super helpful too.
