Quick resolution to my issue by Mailgun

Had an issue with deliver of emails to a certain domain. I reached out to Mailgun support they've identify the issue, took action to resolve it, and followed up with me the same day with an updated. My emails are now being delivered to our customers.

Terrible

I have had an account with Mailgun (aka Mailjet) for several years and it has been the worst decision I have made. Their emails don't send, their support doesn't reply, and their app doesn't work. This is on the mailjet side. I sent an enquiry 20 days ago asking why a lot of emails weren't sending - they have gotten back to me saying they will answer my question soon, then again to close the case and tell me to reopen another case with the same details "on their new system". Useless customer support (slow and…

Useless customer support (slow and unresponsive)I've had a mid-range package with Mailgun and it was easy to setup on Google Cloud / WHM environment, and I had multiple servers using mailgun, however they suddenly suspended one of the servers and told me that it was a mistake by their software however... after days and days of unresponsiveness, and being told that it was their software's mistake it was still not resolved, so I switched to Sendgrid.

Fast and to the point

Suddenly I had several emails being bounced because of bad ip reputation.I opened a ticket explaining the issue, and the response recognized the issue, explained the reason that was happenning, and told how it was already resolved. In just one interaction all was clear and resolved.It makes my workday easy!
