What do you like best? Less Annoying CRM is easy to use and facilitates my business plan on a daily and weekly basis. It's very efficient and is designed for sales associates and not necessarily management. I ran through the tutorials a couple of times and was good to go. Great CRM with excellent service and easy pricing

What do you like best? Easy to operate & simple billing plans are the biggest asset. What do you dislike? No inbuilt email which means I still have to connect and integrate it with other email platforms. Recommendations to others considering the product: No nonsense CRM, no bells and whistles up sold.
