We started using Less Annoying CRM many years ago when we were looking for an affordable 'less fussy' CRM to help with managing our small business contacts. "I LOVE LESS ANNOYING CRM"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? Their customer service. After spending hours with big companies, waiting to get help, answers or support in a crunch time, Less Annoying CRM feels like fresh air. If they don't actually answer the phone (rare) when I call, they get back to me right away and always make me feel like a priority customer even though I'm sure we are one of their smaller agencies. Their videos are short and to the point and there are no hidden costs for help, etc. ...

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? So simple to use, including the fact that there's nothing to do locally since it's cloud-based. My last contact manager was powerful, full-blown ... and a support nightmare. I just wanted a reliable package to manage info on my contacts. LACRM delivered. A fantastic help desk!
PROS: Their help desk is the best! I can either have someone on the phone or they can reach out to me within minutes. I'm the kind of person who wants to know everything at that moment. They're simply amazing. CONS: Some small bugs I'v encountered. For instance, whenever I work off a list, I get back it and it takes me right back up top. It won't let me be in place where I left off. It's likely they've tapped into this issue.

"Ideal CRM for my business"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? Very easy to set up forms, set tasks and reminders. All web-based, so no software to manage. Updates are automatic. The cost can't be beat. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? Nothing so far. I haven't used some of the more advanced features, such as pipelines. "Friendly & Professional Service, Easy to Use CRM"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? A very helpful team who answers queries quickly. Although we are in different continents, the team had a chat with me to walk through the set-up specific to our business. I am not tech-savvy and the team helped to explain everything. Very grateful. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? Platform is great for sales call reporting What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? Don't see any down sides to this platform. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Activity reports help us plan and analyze our sales calls.

A CRM that’s both user-friendly and easy to utilize.
PROS: I like how the CRM lets me make pipelines for accounts. That way, all of our organization members can look at where we currently stand when it comes to progress for every client we're dealing wiht. I like having the option in attaching leads to an account. That way, I can see what I need to be doing for following up. CONS: No complaints here! Less Annoying does just about anything we want. It comes with some functionality we've yet to explore.
