"Gets the job done!"

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? We like that it is easy to learn and use. It gives you a tutorial on how to use it properly and most efficiently. As well as being completely affordable. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? Nothing so far. We like this platform and will continue to use it. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have solved the issue of not having to pay insane monthly subscription fees in order to use a CRM.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? Makes things less annoying and easy to use What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? The inputting process can get a little messy and the support still hasn't been able to fix the issue from a year ago so I've manually been fixing the it. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying up to date on how long it's been since working with a client.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? You can assign different people different tasks, as well as assign contacts to specific people. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? Sometimes the email reminders get annoying if you know whatis already going on for that day. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping organized is great, and your tasks are separate from everyone elses!

Very attractive. Highly intuitive. Simple to use.

PROS: I like intuitive it is as a fully functional CRM. Their wide range of panels are very attractive. Importing data is easy. Exporting data can also be done when needed. I like how its wide-ranging default fields are extremely useful. CONS: I was hoping there's a way in saving responses that have been canned. I wanted to have a way to gain access to them when directly dealing with customers.

"Intuitive CRM easy to use!"

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM? The link to MailChimp makes it easy to add a new contact. Also, the email link to populate the contact is excellent. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? I have no real complaint with the CRM. The only thing that it doesn't import from Mail Chimp is the phone # and company. It would be good if it did. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Good tracking of tasks makes follow-ups easier.
