What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The efficiency of the system, easy to use, can definitely adjust to your liking and so many reports i can get from the company. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Sometimes it takes long to fix certain issues. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the ease of the calendar view, patient demographics and more modernized view all around.

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? We have been very happy with the scheduling options available within Kareo. Adding a new patient is user friendly and quick. It has been helpful being able to prescribe on the platform. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? "Lacking critical features and support"
What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? It's simple to use, but that simplicity comes at the cost of what are now standard features and security functions. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Support has never solved one issue. Product does not contain features that allow compliance with the open note mandate. "New user and very difficult to use"
What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? We essentially just stated using Kareo. When we did the initial demo for the program, it seemed pretty used friendly. However, since Kareo changed to Tebra, the entire aesthetic of the program changed and it is very difficult to use. It is not the same program. "Tebra is always there for our practice when we need assistance."
What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Tebra has a support system that is unique and really can help your practice succeed! I especially like when I need help with ERA's I don't usderstand. They will walk you through step by step. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Not one thing has been helpful from day one. This is the worst platform. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? We have found that Kareo/ Tebra is horrible. We have a programming issue with Medicare Part A as we are a Facility PT/ OT Therapy Billing. We have not been paid for any claims since 05/19/2023.
