"Tebra has cost my company"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I loved Kareo. Our whole practice did. It was easy to use, the staff was helpful and we had very little problems-until Tebra took over. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I use Tebra everyday and it is very reliant and rarely is slow. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The only downside is when Kareo was switching to Tebra, it acted slow a lot. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? They helped me log into the desktop version of Kareo so I was able to do billing encounters.

"Great EHR system"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I like how Kareo makes it easy to navigate their EHR. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The downsides are that you have to log out in order to change practices. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps all our patients records in one EHR.

Customer service is a bit slower with the growth, which is understandable. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? Kareo allows me to have all needed functions in one platform, even Telehealth.

"Kareo provide me with a more convenient way to process payments for the patients."

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The ability to calculate the payments & organization. The training videos allowed me to have a better understanding on how to work the software when it was time to utilize it for the patients.
