"Just short of great"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? For the parts that you can edit, it's really easy and accessible. I just wish the product was more customizable than it currently is. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? PatientPop is a nice system, but I really, really hate that there are things you cannot edit or edit easily. What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Ease of navigation and use. Appearance. Ability to text and/or email patients via the EHR. The patient notification system. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? It is sluggish or down as much as it is up which disrupts the function of our clinic, delays patient notes, prescriptions, etc. and costs the company $$$$$ in overtime trying to get caught up. "Everything I need in one place, very user friendly."

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I like Kareo because it is easy to learn, user-friendly, and easily customizable, which all help with efficiency. The "help" section is excellent, offering texts as well as videos which always answer my question. The PM side of Kareo is also user-friendly, even for this provider who has never had to send in claims or partake in the business side of things. "Kareo for All"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I have been a customer of Kareo since the eighties. My business started with a single office and one practice. Kareo was a platform that allowed expansion to 40 practitioners. I believe that Kareo was a major part of profitability in my billing ocmpany. I found Kareo to be labor-saving.
