What do you like best? K2 has integration with SharePoint platform and other database . Easy form designing and workflow creation What do you dislike? There should not be rebuilt from forms and K2 workflow to move to K2 five. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have user system on boarding system on K2 platform. User friendly. It has good integration with other databases.

What do you like best? I like the ability to easily integrate multiple line of business systems and quickly create applications to manages business processes. Rapid development and reuse of existing objects make building applications much easier with minimum use for code. Transition to a paperless organisation
What do you like best? K2 enabled us to get rid of our paper forms and sending those forms back and forth between sites using internal mail. As a result we save a lot of time (and a couple of trees :) and requests are processed a lot quicker. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Updated workflow designer - The ability to build out a WF without having to configure until later What do you dislike? Excellent for advanced user
What do you like best? K2 is very powerful. Much more powerful than anything you can get out of the box. What do you dislike? It is not for beginners. We have users that want to try to use it, but usually give up in frustration if they are not an experienced programmer or the like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for departmental workflow tasks that are not handled by our bigger systems.

K2 makes Business Process Management Fun
What do you like best? K2 is always expanding and offering new features in its product. It's also capable of integrating with various applications which makes it easy to expand the Workflow features to other application. What do you dislike? The UI for smart form is a bit dull and boring. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IT helpdesk for internal Ticket Tracking. Visibility to our users request and man power allocation.
