We rarely have issues with iSpring because it's indeed a quality product, but when we do, it always gets fixed right away. Lifetime license is NOT for lifetime

Bought iSpring Suite 8 LIFETIME LICENSE, odrer no. CMTJ4, some years ago. Now for the second time I have been forced by an windows 10 update to do a full reinstallation of windows. This then leaves me without a working license for iSpring! The error when entering the valid license is "number of valid licenses exeeded".It's so frustrating to have this problem when iSprings very well knows excatly which machine the software is licensed to and could avoid the troubles so easy. Some of my favorite features are the evaluation (quizzes, exams, etc.) and certification functions.
