You have to pay to ask a sales question for a product you haven't bought
Everytime I ask a sales question regarding a new product that I have not bought, the customer service team refuse to help and tell me I need to pay for the answer by paying a maintenance fee for an unrelated and different product I purchased a while ago. Drag and drop fonts in Quizmaker
My colleagues and I were struggling to use the drag the words question format in Quizmaker because we needed one of the words to be in italics. Sandra was able to find a solution even though iSpring does not allow one word to be in a different font - all or none was the option. Really grateful to Sandra for her help in finding a solution but the solution will take time to implement. My first day checking out this software and it is pretty awesome. I'm technically savvy but am a first time content creator and this is a good common sense tool for walking through the process. Plenty of suport as well. So far a great experience.
