I had some problems after installing Ispring but the people from customer support with special thanks to Sofia have solved it.

I got more than what I paid for!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iSpring has a simple, but really functional, user interface. You can easily develop and manage courses even if it's your first time using the app. It won't take long for you to master it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? A user-friendly learning resource!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? New users can easily navigate across the system because of its uncomplicated interface. Its extensive resource library also helps improve the overall user experience. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I wish it has a feature where it allows users to attach or upload multiple media files at a time. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Support Team/Resources

The support team is very fast and helpful with their responses. There are lot's of resources available (such as Webinars and YouTube videos) to learn the program, and it is very user friendly.

Helpful support staff

The iSpring support staff has been very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. They have clarified processes and offered helpful advice. I appreciate having them as a resource.

The best authoring app on the net

The best authoring app on the net. Very good and immediate support. Great features. We are working since about 8 years with iSpring and are very happy with the product. Our last online presentation looks just marvellous. Thanks iSpring!

Helpful and fast support

Lynn was helpful. Whilst she couldn't fully resolve my issue she was able to find another way for me to do what I wanted. Support was fast to respond.

Super responsive

Super responsive, go out of their way to answer your questions or transfer you to someone who can help. They provide supplemental resources and screenshots as well.

Great software.

Great software.I don't use it for any type of "training," but rather exclusively to share PPS presentations. Always thru "email sharing" via an email-with-link to a file prior-uploaded to the iSpringCloud Server, and then sent by/from the sever to the designated email recipient.Best features of the product/servicde (re:such usage) include:(1) a browser view interface for the PPS file's viewing (meaning the file will always be seen in the way it had been formatted, vs the nitemare which oft ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The app is perfect for online classes, webinars, and forums. It's so easy to use. I don't have to spend so much time figuring out the app features, that's why I can focus more on developing my courses. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Copy-pasting content requires patience since the app doesn't allow copying multiple items. When copying lists, you have to copy the items one by one. What specific problems in your ...
