Potentially great otherwise redundant
What do you like best? Leaderboards and the potential to provide solutions SF cannot and/or in a better, more intuitive way. What do you dislike? Not intuitive. Labeling not consistent w/SF. Requires post-sale support to get what is needed. Support is slow and inconsistent w/slow progress seemingly due to lack of support infrastructure. Fantastic Pipeline Solution
What do you like best? I've been very impressed with the ease of use on their platform, and how I'm able to go to a single dashboard and view any/all pertinent reports I'd like to see in a single location. Previously I had to create a number of different Salesforce reports, and trying to wade through them all and create a narrative in my coaching sessions with my employees was fairly laborious, not to say anything of the time it takes to refresh those reports. Amazing Sales Analytics!
What do you like best? This product saves me endless hours that would otherwise be spent pulling salesforce reports, scheduling them, refreshing dashboards, and etc. This product allows quick drilling and powerful insights. Customization is great. What do you dislike? Not too much. Sometimes in the platform you will end up in a place from an admin side that you can only edit by reaching out to support. InsightSquared is my go-to sales analytics solution
What do you like best? InsightSquared helps enlightens me to the progress and results of our sales team well beyond Salesforce reports, and in a fraction of the time. Our team loves it and it's the only analytics app I've ever seen sales reps consistently use. What do you dislike? Love some of the function but the price point is a detractor
What do you like best? the visual pop of the dashboards and the ability to see data trend over time. IS2 is being adopted more and more by our users. What do you dislike? The price is the biggest detractor, a price per seat model ins't optimal for a rapidly growing company. Great for Rev Ops
What do you like best? It gives us access to data in Salesforce that we wouldn't be able to analyze in the same way. Having that flexibility is super valuable to us as we identify where opportunities are getting stuck in the sales funnel, what our "best" opportunities look like and can coach our entire sales team to meet hose goals. The only tool I've used that I would gladly pay more for
What do you like best? Everything. It makes every single painstaking task associated with Salesforce reporting and turns it into easy to use tables & charts. I save about 5-6 hours per week due to InsightSquared and wouldn't have it any other way. What do you dislike? Nothing really. If I had to choose something though would be more options for the color scheme & keep the data key on the chart when its on the dashboard. Great charts - Even greater service
What do you like best? The Insight team has been extremely helpful in configuring and designing dashboards and reports suited for our company needs. They take what we envision in our minds and put it into an easy to manage dashboard with little to no effort. Solid software that our CRO loves
What do you like best? we only tap into a portion of its potential, but we've found the forecasting formulas to be very accurate. Insight squared is the basis of this formula. What do you dislike? creating reports seems harder that it should be. i think the UI could be more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? forecasting accuracy, activity metrics, opp metrics - overall team sales tracking.

Powerful Technology backed by Extraordinary People
What do you like best? The visuals are a game-changer and have made decks, weekly reporting and pipeline calls incredibly more efficient for us. Their staff is the best of any in our tech stack and always deliver solutions thoughtfully while maintaining our sense of urgency. What do you dislike? No dislikes.
