Great out-of-the-box but misses some key features
What do you like best? IS2 is great at creating dashboards for multiple people and maintaining them easily. It also links easily with SFDC making filtering easy. You can easily create goals for different parts of the organization and upload them regularly The ability to dive into one metric to understand how it is calculated / made up is valuable What do you dislike? What do you like best? InsightSquared has been good, and is strong for providing insights into Sales KPI's and metrics related to our Sales team. I have been thrilled with the ease of running canned reports and quickly getting data and insights for our sales team and individual sales representatives. What do you dislike? Great Out-of-the-Box Analytics Features for Small/Medium Orgs
What do you like best? InsightSquared has provided, hands-down, the best ongoing customer success and support service of any vendor I've worked with. Fantastic Reporting and Metrics
What do you like best? InsightSquared is an essential tool to add on to your Salesforce instance. It takes all of your data and immediately creates useful and easy to parse reports for your team. Reports that are far easier to read and interact with than Salesforce's. It's also easy to create new reports and have the system return exactly what you're looking for. Salesforce data with historical insight
What do you like best? InsightSquared is simple to setup and easy to use for our executive teams. I like that their is a native 15 minute pull for data from Salesforce and that the help from the whole InsightSquare team has been great. What do you dislike? There is still a good amount of features that an admin cannot do without InsiqhtSquared. Fantastic Team and Reports
What do you like best? The InsightSquared team is the best part about their product. They are always recommending new reports for us to try. They contribute and give ideas that we actually implement at our company. New features are always popping up. They frequently check in and actually listen to our feedback. What do you dislike? Fantastic insights to run your sales org
What do you like best? InsightSquared gives me excellent insights at both the macro and micro level. I can holistically see how we are doing as a company but instantly drill down to an individual rep to pinpoint strengths or weaknesses. InsightSquared has both executive adoption to help manage and run revenue operations but also front line support. Insights on Demand
What do you like best? I'm able to enable sales leadership and stakeholders with the ability to answer questions on demand. IS2 has greatly reduced the late night requests and has enabled people to get answers and move on quickly What do you dislike? Scorecard and quota reporting has proven to be a bit of a pain. What do you like best? InsightSquared comes out of the box (with mild configuration with the ability to tell you more about your business than you had ever known. We suddenly had answers to questions we didn't know to ask prior to implementation.
