I greatly enjoy the way that insight squared provides me with the data to lead to good decisions
What do you like best? Clear, visual representation of my team's data, so that the sales team and leadership have excellent dashboards to drive conversations within the team and target potential customers. What do you like best? The support we have received from all InsightSquared employees we have worked with. They really go above and beyond. What do you dislike? Long implementation process. What do you like best? The level of partnership we get from Insight Squared to get the most value out of the product. How well IS takes customer feedback and incorporates it into the product roadmap. What do you like best? InsightSquared can create visualizations using multiple snapshots over time, that would be really challenging to create without the support of a business intelligence team and a robust data lake. Salesforce, interpreted.
What do you like best? Insight Squared helped me take a landfill of data, and turn it into meaningful, actionable information for senior leadership, and our sales team, to run with. What do you dislike? The only thing I've found so far, that is bugging me, is that when creating a custom column with a formula.... I'd have to write the formula in lua. What do you like best? The metrics-driven forecasting cabilities are great. What do you dislike? Reporting by multiple selling lanes can be a challenge.
