PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I made a purchase of InsightSquared twice. And that's for two companies. The simplicity and ease of generating insight to my data within SFDC is insane. I like getting the IS2 team within my disposal in answering questions or making configurations of new assumptions. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Business analytics are typically overwhelming. That would be in terms of the what's currently available and determining how to make use of data. Makes life easier-insightful i must say!

What do you like best? Dashboards and Reports that are very useful. Specially for someone who works in sales,through insight squared we can easily identify and track our KPIs. Very user friendly interface. What do you dislike? Somewhat the efforts to create and design brand new reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a sales person, at a glance, I know where I stand and helps me devise my strategy for success.

Excellent Marketing Attribution

What do you like best? Their flexibility and overall knowledge of what can be done with the SFDC integration which allows us to better attribute campaigns to MQLs, responders, and other touches which were otherwise relegated to single touch by what SFDC offers out of the box. What do you like best? As someone that works in sales, we are constantly tracking our KPIs so use of this platform is vital. Fantastic support and strong tool

What do you like best? The Sales reporting is very straightforward out of the box. The Support team is highly responsive and helpful whenever I have a question.
