What do you like best? The visibility that we gain for our sales team is huge. And being able to accurately forecast our sales is very important and critical for our business. What do you like best? The ease of running reports based on filters to show exactly the data we need. It is easily customizable to run reports by time-frame or by rep. What do you dislike? InsightSquared is great for easy reporting
What do you like best? Functionality is easy to use - you know exactly what you are looking at. For the most part, things are customizable. What do you dislike? Customer service only wants to work in email. You can request calls but they only respond by email. It's impossible to get someone on the phone the same day. Don't come to them with something urgent. What do you like best? The original use of this platform was to support the growth of a young team and leverage the actions that a person can do to make a reaction in the data. What do you like best? They are very open and helpful about how to use IS2 What do you dislike? There is alot of data and it can be overwhelming - I think the learning curve is the hardest part.
