"An easy to manage full functioned DMS"

What do you like best about iManage Work? My review comes from a back-end administrator. The best thing I can say about Work (on-prem at least) is that there are several ways to access the data and manage processes. While I primarily use SQL (Reporting Services, Stored Procedures, Agent jobs), I also have code that access the systems via the API, and have monitoring tools made with power shell. What do you like best about iManage Work? The user friendliness and the way it connects to what the business needs What do you dislike about iManage Work? The older client (FIlesite) has a larger footprint in Outlook that sometimes conflicts with other add-ons. The new client does not have this problem. What do you like best? The navigation option is better than before, and a lot easier to use. the look and feel of the interface is also much improved compared to 9.3.x. What do you dislike? back-end only does not give a full view. Recommendations to others considering the product: If thinking of going to Work 10 - the utility of it would be best served by using the front and back-end. This way you can get the full benefits, which we have found is limited just with a back-end ...

What do you like best about iManage Work? Web and mobile accessibility is the best. We are now able to access all of our documents when and where we need them. What do you dislike about iManage Work? What do you like best about iManage Work? It offers all of the transactions that a user could possibly want to manage their files all in one location. What do you dislike about iManage Work? The top ribbon like search buttons can sometimes mislead the user when entering in possible search criteria. What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?
