Lack of customization options and being able to remove folders when not being used for a long period of time What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you? The search function doesn't always work correctly. What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits that we are seeing with using this is online record retention, organized filing system, paper reduction and retention management.
