"An easy to manage full functioned DMS"

What do you like best about iManage Work? My review comes from a back-end administrator. The best thing I can say about Work (on-prem at least) is that there are several ways to access the data and manage processes. While I primarily use SQL (Reporting Services, Stored Procedures, Agent jobs), I also have code that access the systems via the API, and have monitoring tools made with power shell. The benefits that we are seeing with using this is online record retention, organized filing system, paper reduction and retention management.
