What do you like best about iManage Work? Their cloud support has been excellent. Most incidents are resolved by the time I have a free moment to process what is going on and who might be affected. I value adequate support above most features for the simple reason that all the elements in the world mean nothing if the tool is not working. What do you dislike about iManage Work? What do you like best about iManage Work? The best part of this suite is that it is easy to use and has powerful tools to manage your document. Multiple users can access the same file at the same time. What do you dislike about iManage Work? Its dependency, or you can say its requirement for Outlook, can sometimes be an issue. That we are no longer using Filesite, very mobile - I can administer several requests via my phone, and the timeline feature gives greater versitility to restoring files by us (admins) and the user as well.
