Neat and *Potentially* Very Useful (Inside Scoop) Tool!
What do you like best? In the SaaS market I work in it is very competitive and there tends to be a lot of loyal customer to the particular vendor they run with. However, often times, our software is used to fill the void that competing software can't not assist with so it is not unlikely for my customers to also be long term existing customers of competitors only because they have a need the competing software cannot fill. What do you like best? I love the info it provides. It ios a great tool for sales folks, and devs a like,.. What do you dislike? Mabey a bit more of an open GUI, a bit more interactive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its helps me focus on what I see as a customer benefit. What's important to them. What drives them.

HG Focus gives me real time insight into a company's enterprise software!
What do you like best? It gives me exactly what I need. HCM software is extremely cyclical, so being able to look into a company's product history is great. What do you dislike? Sometimes the information is very limited What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? finding out when a company implemented technology related to what I sell

Wish it could do more, but ultimately a good product
What do you like best? I like that it tells you the most recent update date. Then I know they are proactively trying to keep it relevant for users. What do you dislike? It's not always accurate with large companies and hard to verify the data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a helpful sales prospecting tool. Great prospecting tool for Account Executives
What do you like best? It's a great tool to have as an account executive and I use it for every company that I am prospecting or showing a demo for. It's easy to use inside of Chrome and I can instantly see what CRM tool the company may be using. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the way they can share the information about the tools and technologies, an organization works. It gives you information with the internal department like HR, Sales, etc. What do you dislike? HG Focus is awesome!
