What do you like best about Helpwise? UI/UX is fantastic. Very clear threads of individual tickets. Good assignment to individual operators. Possibility to trace a ticket by a unique number, which is also known to the customer. Great mobile app.

"Attractive price point but lacks key features and UX"
What do you like best about Helpwise? Honestly, I like the fact they offer a $25/monthly per-user price. There was no user minimum and they look like they have some features others were lacking. Like the ability to create a Help Center for internal use. So if we have new remote workers, they would have access to what is easily accessible for any questions on how to handle certain customer questions.
