What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ability to start remote sessions without having to request the user download any application. Just with a link an a 6 digit code, helping on user acceptance. "Excellent software during the pandemic and after!"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It was really easy to use for client meetings. They were able to log on without any issues. We were able to track our productivity and increase it with the use of this software. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Well, it can run automated commands on multiple devices simultaneously. "GoToResolve - A good product at a high price!"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Software works easily, systems can be added quickly, and software download works quickly and efficiently for many platforms. Had no issues using this product to work on PC's or Mac's. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The price is much higher than comparable products. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? first of all that it has a free plan for indie remote tech support, plus lot of features that it has but the one that i like most is TI automatization; you can automate process , run custom scripts to make your work less heavier and pretty much less time consuming. Having remote access to all our machines with the ability to elevate credentials for installs is great.
