What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It's easy to connect remotely, and tracking tickets is effortless What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I don't see any issues with it. I would expect to have more features down the line. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to connect remotely and resolve the user's system issues.

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? GoToResolve is an easy-to-use tool for remote support. The program allows quick connection times and a valuable tool to allow screen sharing and remote control. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? There are more steps involved in getting connected than there needs to be, but they steps are easy. "In this climate, this software is great for remote users"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? That I can work from home and still perform actions on a users computers as if I was standing at their desk. A common problem for users is not to be able to install the software they need to perform their job and with this software I can access their laptop and provide the administrator credentials to do the install without having to risk security.
