"GoToResolve is a great product to work with in our support department."
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ability to take control of clients computers and to transfer files. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? That the client has to download the product each time it is used. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Really not any. GoToAssist worked well and so does GoToResolve.

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back. The software is quite easy to navigate. I like that I can use it on my smartphone and access files sent by my employers. As well, they can assess my desktop if there is an issue. There's no software to be installed; support technicians are always professional and knoweldgeable What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? "Effortless tool to offer support"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? What I like more about GoTo is that is it very easy to use. Basically it allows you to send a link to the customer and that's all.
