What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Connect to remote customer by all means i.e. Mobile,laptop,tablet. I found useful when I was on the way n login thru mobile and can see other screen shared. Even if u r login well before the meeting,it will automatically login at the meeting time so no chance to miss the meeting. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? We have remote users all over the world and when the unattended support worked properly, this was a valuable tool. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? "Awesome Remote Support Tool"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Very easy to set up. I like the Remote Desktop feature which allows you to access a customer's computer even while they are not around or online. Software was easy to download and use. "GoToAssist is an excellent option for remote assistance needs."
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like having the ability to easily access a client's computer by just having them click a simple link.
