"GoToAssist works well for my customer support group to help connect with clients"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like that it allows me to see what the client sees while troubleshooting an issue. The performance is great, there is very little latency when moving the cursor, etc. I also like the ability to transfer the clipboard and send files, which is very helpful. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Ease of use. I can have named seats as well as concurrent seats to share. We push and icon the user desktops for quick access. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Its fast easy and secure. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ease of use is easily the best feature. I say the program is easy to use because it packs so many useful features into it that you dont need a host of tools to complete a job. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Flexible utility. You can operate GTA on an Android, send a key as plaintext, and run it on Mac and Windows interchangably. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Easy to use and setup a remote session. The initial rollout of GoToAssist was very quick and required very little configuration.
