What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Link based desktop sharing and controls. Incredibly easy to enter a remote support session for desktop and client break-fix. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Its a bit pricey but seems to be working out in terms of ROI What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use and easy to connect to friends I help with their issues. it is easy to get them to download the file and run the GoToAssist setup. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Easy to use. Simply send a link, call the user, and talk them through the process of installing the add-in if not already installed. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ease of which you can setup unattended access and the ability to run as a service so you the program will persist through a reboot.
