"Great tool with ease"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It's a great with amazing ease of access, multiple device support. Be it android, a Mac or a windows device. Works seamlessly. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? There is nothing to dislike. But at times it crashes, very rare though. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? IT Alerting, Helpdesk reporting, Automation

"Very easy program to use"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? This software is pretty straight forward & user friendly. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It just seems like it takes longer than it should to load. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? It just makes my calls easy to make for my job.

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Go to resolve is easy to access simple GUI interface. Connect to businesses to solve their problem from one platform. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Added security, RMM features, camera share, mobile support. Being able to create groups and add devices to groups.
